What is D-networking?

Your D-network opportunity was conceived to help you become successful with as few obstacles as possible. As such, you will find that the emphasis is firmly on simplicity, from both an organisational point of view and in the organising of the D-networking interlinking process. If something is simple it is easy to understand and carry out. D-networking is the rallying of people for benefiting from the sports, enlightenment and acquaintanceship growing from and around the amazing Doziet plaything.

Incentive and Motivation

TEIZOD has instituted certain factors for incentivising dynamism in D-networking and motivating the D-networker, such as:

CLUSTERS

There are three types of D-Network clusters, namely: Class, Circuit and Club.

Class: This is the basic platform for glimpsing Doziet and for nurturing D-networking instincts. A Class comprises one or more Doziet sets placed at an accessible location and made commercially available to the unorganised public by person (termed an Agent) who is sufficiently trained to manage a Doziet outfit. The term ‘Class’ echoes the fact that it provides the most popular setting for learning and practicing Doziet playing.

For an Agent, the Class is quite often an opportunity for considerable income and quite a few persons have been known to make it their primary occupation. In contrast, the fact that it opens to all comers offers the chance for gainful human interaction even at that embryonic level.

Intending agents are screened, trained and certified by Teizod, which never stops to mentor and support Agents because of their uniquely fundamental role as the crčche of D-networking.

Circuit: This is the more popular cluster for organised D-networking. A Circuit is led by a Promoter, who must qualify as prescribed by TEIZOD and who thereby becomes entitled to the various associated privileges and remunerations. The membership of a Circuit is divided into Tables, comprising 40 D-networker’s each.

A Circuit must maintain an up-to-date ladder of its Tables, on the basis of members’ Doziet playing, using the Doziet Rating System (DRS). Awards are made to the best three players of each table as prescribed by Teizod. The best player of each table is titled as ‘Leader’ and reigns for one calendar month beginning from the first day of the month following the declaration of the verdict on the final competition.

Notwithstanding the ladder established through the DRS, any D-networker from within or outside a Circuit may bid (as prescribed by Teizod) to contest for the position of Pretender (or First-Contender to the Leader) position with holder of the second rating within the 3rd week of the month. The certified Pretender must contest with the reigning Leader on/or before the 28th day of the month for the title of Leader.

Club: This is the highest and most elite cluster of organised D-networkers. At Club level D-networking is at its best. The Club, which is formally known and addressed as Doziet Club International, is a special platform for D-networkers opting for closer and more active association for the savouring of Doziet sporting, enlightenment and acquaintanceship. Typically, the Club admits only persons of not less than 30 yrs and above who must be impeccable character and other personal credentials. They also must have distinguished themselves in at least one important area of life, including Doziet playing. An application for membership of the Club may only be made through an existing member, who would then be obliged to separately communicate his/her endorsement of the applicant in writing. The constitution of the Club is freely available on request.

UPLINE/DOWNLINE

For every D-networker, the following order and terms of six generations of inter inter-linked persons are very important:

DESCRIPTION NAME REFERENCE
Sponsor of the sponsor of your sponsor Backer 3rd Upline
Sponsor of your sponsor Ally 2nd Upline
Yourself Yourself Yourself
Your Sponsoree Sponsoree 1st Downline
Your Sponsoree's Sponsoree Grand-Sponsoree 2nd Downline
Your Sponsoree's Sponsoree's Sponsoree Great Grand-Sponsoree 3rd Downline

There are two main categories of D-networkers, namely: Fellow and Executive. For each there are a set of condition. No category is superior or inferior to the other; they merely define and depict roles and the nature of challenges the affected D-networker is willing or able to take at any particular time. The categories are not necessarily permanent positions and people are known to have switched back and forth, several times. The majority of people have spent many happy years of D-networking in just one category and still not considering a change.

Fellow

Every person starts D-networking by enrolling with TEIZOD, as a Fellow

A Fellow has many advantages, among which are:

  1. Admission to TEIZOD Centres and Circuits worldwide

  2. Authorized to play Doziet, mingle and socialise with other D-networkers.

  3. Authorized to participate in Doziet campaigns (competitions).

  4. Opportunity to grow into an Executive Networker, i.e. become a Patron or Promoter.

Any Fellow may SHARE their TEIZOD experience with other people and ‘sponsoring’ them to become Networkers, thereby advancing themselves in the D-networking system.

A given fraction of the proceeds from sponsoring made directly by a D-networker and those of two generations of his Downline accrues to him.Benefits of Being a Fellow

  1. Earn 20V bonus for each D-networker directly sponsored.

  2. Earn further 3V bonuses for Networkers sponsored by a 1st level Downline and 2V from a 2nd level Downline, provided that that no bonuses will be paid for any Downline that has attained Executive status.

  3. Eligible for free training from their sponsor and from TEIZOD.

A Fellow can lead only one TEIZOD Pro-Circuit at time.

EXECUTIVE NETWORKER

An Executive is distinguished from other Fellow by, additionally, being an administrator on behalf of TEIZOD. The Executive D-networker is better known as Promoter.

Promoter

There are three ways to qualify as a Promoter, namely:

  1. Directly sponsor 40 new D-Networkers over a single calendar month. As soon as this threshold is crossed you are advanced immediately to Promoter and begin to receive 25V on all subsequent sponsorship.

  2. Introduce three friends who each directly sponsor 20 new Networkers over a single calendar month. If you achieve the same personal volume that month you will immediately qualify as Promoter and begin to receive 25V on all subsequent sponsorship.

  3. Directly contracting with TEIZOD to be a Promoter, which will include payment of the prevailing predetermined fee and/or other conditions. If you fulfil the requisite contractual terms, you will immediately qualify as Promoter and begin to receive 25V on all subsequent sponsorship.

Benefits Of being A Promoter

  1. Earn 25V bonus from directly sponsoring other Networkers.

  2. Earn further 3V bonuses for Networkers sponsored by your 1st level Downline and 2V from your 2nd level Downline, provided that that no bonuses will be paid for any Downline that has attained Executive status.

A promoter has many advantages, among which are:

  1. All the rights and obligations of a Fellow.

  2. Be entitled to lead/host a Circuit, provided that he/she shall not claim the remunerations of an Executive in any month during which the membership of the Circuit is less than 40 persons.

Encumbered Sponsorship

Encumbered sponsorship is all enrolment made by your Downline Networkers which they are not using by themselves in full or part qualification as an Executive. Sponsorship made directly is always unencumbered.

Encumbered Sponsorship

Encumbered sponsorship is all enrolment used by any of your Downline Networkers to qualify or part-qualify as an Executive. All your Downlines’ sponsorship used to qualify would be encumbered and therefore not usable by yourself for Executive qualification purposes (as two people cannot use the same credits to qualify as a Executive).

Qualifying Executives

When achieving Executive qualification you must wait until the first of the following month, allowing unencumbered sponsorship checks to be computed, prior to being recognised as Fully Qualified and receiving the applicable level of bonuses. There is no need to submit any form of qualifying paperwork as our sophisticated computer system will automatically promote you when you have qualified.

Biddings and Winnings

A monthly Campaign to determine the Leader (reigning champion) of any Circuit shall be conducted on or before the 28th day of every calendar month, provided there are not less than 40 D-networkers in the Circuit. The winner of the Campaign is entitled to the award of 1500V.

A D-networker is entitled to bid to skip the contending procedure and directly challenge his/her Circuit’s Leader by paying a non-refundable bidding fee of 200V.

A bi-monthly Campaign to determine the Lord among the Leaders in a County or Local Government Area shall be conducted on or before the 28th day of every other calendar month, provided there are not less than 200 D-networkers in the Centre. The winner of the Campaign is entitled to the award of 5000V.

Any reigning Leader is entitled to bid to skip the contending procedure and directly challenge the reigning Lord by paying a non-refundable bidding fee of 500V.

A valid D-networker is entitled to bonuses for members of their Downline that bid for a contest as well as from the winnings of the Downline. Similarly, Patrons and Promoters are entitled to bonuses for bidding and winning of members of their Centres and/or Circuits.

Bonuses for the Biddings and Winning of Downline are a reward for the investments (training, encouragement, support etc.) in raising a member who could participate in a Campaigning (contesting), which is the most important aspect of D-networking.
